Neighbor Spotlight: Paul Sanford

Meet one of our newest neighbors in Jack Fisher Park, Paul Sanford, who moved to the neighborhood with his family in early 2019.

One of the newest residents of Jack Fisher Park is also the newest member of the neighborhood board. Paul Sanford and his family moved to River Lane in February 2019. Having previously lived in the neighborhood, as well as in Floral Park and West Floral Park, Paul was excited for the opportunity to return to Jack Fisher Park and jumped when the perfect home came on the market early this year.

After getting settled in his new home, he nearly immediately volunteered for one of our 3 Member at Large positions on the board, acting as a liaison between the board and the City of Santa Ana. He hopes to focus his energies on park and road maintenance, enhancements, and keeping crime out of the park.

“I have a passion for Jack Fisher Park to return to its historical roots as a memorable childhood experience for neighborhood families,” Paul said. “That I get to help sustain the reputation of our neighborhood as a premier residential area for generations of Santa Ana families is an honor.”

In his free time, Paul likes to get outdoors and enjoys sports, cycling, hiking, and ocean activities. If you see him out and about, don’t hesitate to say hello and welcome him and his family back to Jack Fisher Park!

Professionally, Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Wincome Hospitality and Wincome Management and Development and has been with the group since 1991. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and his master’s in business and management. Paul’s talents have encompassed both the hospitality and real estate industries where he has experience in both asset management and development. He also has hands-on experience in full construction, opening, rebranding, renovation, and construction of residential and commercial real estate assets.
